We operate solely as a reseller/trader and do not manufacture any products listed on cutypi.com. Accordingly:

  • We are not the manufacturer of any product sold on this website.
  • Product features, specifications, warranties and performance are provided by the respective manufacturers or authorized distributors.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, design flaws, performance issues, or quality-related problems caused by the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) applies directly as per the manufacturer's terms.
  • Our responsibility is limited to delivering the product as described and processing returns only if the delivered product is damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable (unless otherwise stated).
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD (if available).

  • Posted prices may exclude shipping, customs, or import charges unless specified.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
  • Once products are handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you.

8. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

  1. Returns or replacements are allowed only as set out in our Return Policy for: (a) damaged products, (b) defective on arrival, or (c) wrong item delivered.
  2. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless a product specifies a different period.
  3. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
  5. Manufacturing defects should be addressed with the manufacturer under their warranty policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel orders before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, returns may be available under the Return Policy.
